What Are Your Delivery Fees?

Please note that delivery fees are subject to change.

Cape Town Branch: Currently, the delivery fee is R20.
George Branch: The delivery fee is also R20.

How Often Do You Deliver?

Delivery frequency may vary based on demand:

Cape Town: We typically deliver twice a week in most central areas we cover.
George: Deliveries occur once or twice a week in most central areas.

What Is the Estimated Delivery Time?

Delivery times vary based on your location and our delivery schedule. Please contact your sales representative for an estimated delivery time and date.

How Do I Place an Order?

Orders must be placed with a sales representative by 16:00 for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 16:00 will be delivered two days later. You can place orders by providing the sales representative with the item’s product code or full name from our catalogue.

What If the Product I Want Is Not in the Catalogue?

If a product is not currently in our catalogue, we can place an order to have it available by the following week, subject to stock availability and public holidays.

What Areas Do You Cover for Delivery?

Delivery coverage may expand over time.

Cape Town Branch: We deliver up to Vredenburg on the west coast, inland up to Robertson, and on the east coast up to Hermanus.
George Branch: We deliver up to Plettenberg Bay on the coast, inland up to Oudtshoorn, and down the N2 until near Hermanus.

Do You Offer Delivery Outside of These Areas?

Yes, we partner with various courier companies to extend delivery to areas beyond our direct coverage.

Can I Arrange My Own Pickup or Courier Company?

Yes, you can coordinate this with your sales representative, at your own expense.

 
Can I Track My Delivery?

While we do not offer direct tracking, you can contact your sales representative for an estimated delivery time and date.
